This tutorial outlines the end-to-end procedure for investing in U.S. commercial real estate through the REI Capital platform.

Step 1: Platform Access

  • Desktop: Click "Investment" on left menu

  • Mobile: Select second tab at bottom

Step 2: Choose Offering

  • Click "Invest" on either:

    • REI Capital Growth

    • REI Capital Income

Step 3: Enter Details

  1. Input investment amount

  2. Select account type:

    • Personal

    • Trust

    • Joint

    • Entity

Step 4: Review & Sign

  1. Verify transaction details

  2. Read legal documents

  3. Click "Continue"

  4. Sign via DocuSign

Step 5: Payment

  • Domestic: Credit Card, Online Check

  • International: Wire Transfer, PayPal

Completion:

  • You become commercial real estate investor
