What does SEC Qualification mean?
REI Capital Growth's investment offering has been Qualified under Regulation A+ with the SEC. This means we have met the
SEC's requirements to be allowed to market and raise capital directly from the public. Traditional private commercial
real estate funds are only allowed to accept investments from High Net Worth individuals or 'sophisticated' investors.
This rule was designed to protect small balance or unaccredited investors from fraud or investments that have a higher
risk profile and less liquidity.
With the passing of the JOBS act in 2015, Regulation A+ gave private companies a difficult but attainable way to raise
capital from unaccredited investors. It also provides unaccredited investors access to new and different investment
offerings, such as our fund REI Capital Growth.
